Champs Elysees Avenue(10-minute walk):: Imagined and built by Le Nôtre, in the XVIIth century, when Louis XIV was King. This wonderful avenue was rapidly considered as the most beautiful Parisian avenue and is regularly called”the most beautiful avenue of the world”. It is about 2 km, from Concorde Place to Charles de Gaulle Place, where you can admire the wonderful Arc de Triomphe. Numerous luxury boutiques have chosen to settle here also: Cartier, Vuitton. It is also the meeting point for numerous important events in Paris: Tour de France, 4th of July (national day) or 31st of December.
Opera Garnier (10-minute walk): Built in 1860 by the young architect Charles Garnier with his vision of a new opera, he designed the "Opera Garnier" in the style of the Second Empire. It was completed in 1875 at the beginning of the Third Republic. It was the largest opera theatre in the world staging enough for 450 players.
The theatre is richly decorated. Interior as well as exterior, you can notice the play of white stone, marble of all colours and gilded bronze. The new ceiling frescoes of the Opera were conceived and painted in lively colors by Marc Chagall in 1964.

By RER-Metro: Take RER B from airport to “Châtelet-Les Halles” station. Then metro line 14 to « Saint Lazare » and metro line 9 to “Miromesnil”. It takes about 1 hour.
By Bus: Take Bus « RoissyBus » to « Opéra »station. The « RoissyBus » leaves terminals every 15 minutes between 6h and 19h every 20 minutes between 19h and 23h. Then, take metro, line 13, to station: “Miromesnil”. It takes about 1 hour.
